- Special offers can not be used in conjuntion with free firework deals.
- Payment is required with confirmation of your order. We do not offer a sale or return facility.
- Goods are dispatched 21 days prior to your specified display date. A national courier normally delivers them Monday to Fridat during normal office hours. Please ensure the nominated person is able to receive them and store them. A surchage may be added for failed deliveries. No delivery will be left without an authorised signature.
- We do offer an overnight dispatch service and during November we can process and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.
- Claims for shortages must be made in writing within 4 working days of delivery. Therefore please check all packages carefully and only sign for the number you actually receive.
- All fireworks conform to British Standards BS7114 Part:2 1988 and are supplied on the condition that they will be used in accordance with the manufacturers supplied instructions.
- All purchasers must be 18 years or older
It is illegal to sell adult fireworks to anyone under 18.
It is illegal for anyone under 18 to possess fireworks in a public place.
- There is a £15.00 carriage and packaging charge for all orders under £250.00 to mainland UK. There is also a £10.00 hazardous content charge. Excluding free delivery areas
- Every effort is made to complete your order in full but should the need arise to make substitutions then they will be of the same or greater value. During our main season (Oct-Nov) it may be advisable to call us on 01844 281358 to ascertain the availability of items that you don't want substituted as we are always happy to offer advice.
- No consequential losses arising out of the use of any products will be accepted.
- Prices are correct at time of publication but are subject to change without notification.
- Where the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) apply, A40 Fireworks will accept cancellation of an order provided that the customer confirms in writing, to the address provided on this website, within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Upon receipt of such an application, A40 Fireworks will notify the customer of the collection process. A charge, equivalent to the cost of collection, will then be made to the customer.
